At GIFTEO, we are on an ambitious growth journey. In France, we are already 300+ employees strong across 16 offices, and a year ago we began building out our presence in international markets. Today our London office is home to a growing team of 5 in sales and we're now seeking an outstanding Sales Manager / Head of Sales to help take our global business to new heights.

As we scale, we're strengthening our B2B team in London and looking for a Sales Team Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of the full sales cycle and play a key role in our long-term growth in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting and cold calling to closing and account handover
  • Sell directly into the SMB market, building a strong and sustainable pipeline
  • Run calls and meetings with prospects, positioning our employee benefits platform effectively
  • Define and drive the sales strategy for the UK market
  • Challenge and support the wider sales team, sharing best practice and raising the bar on performance
  • Act as a key contributor to the team's structure and growth as the London office scales
  • Partner closely with leadership in France to align UK go-to-market efforts with overall company strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (5 years) owning a full B2B sales cycle, ideally in the SMB segment
  • Strong track record of outbound prospecting and cold-calling
  • An entrepreneurial mindset comfortable building and shaping a role rather than simply following a playbook
  • Natural leadership presence, with the confidence to challenge and elevate a sales team
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to define and execute a UK-focused sales approach
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French is not required the role is fully based in London)
