Full Time
Angel, North London, England
At Guerrilla Marketing, leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about influence, growth, and helping others succeed. We’ve created an opportunity for someone who’s ready to step into a leadership pathway, guiding teams, shaping customer experiences, and driving success through authentic human-to-human marketing.
Whether you’re starting your professional career or making a change into a leadership-focused role, this is your chance to develop the skills that will set you apart, with full mentorship and the freedom to grow at your own pace.
What Will You Be Doing?
This role is all about developing leadership skills while mastering the art of human connection. You’ll start by learning the foundations of customer acquisition, engaging directly with people through tailored conversations, and gradually transition into leading and inspiring a team.
While much of the role focuses on building relationships through direct conversations, you’ll also gain exposure to promotional campaigns and brand activations, including select retail events, where you’ll manage teams and ensure high standards of execution.
Your journey will include:
- Engaging with customers, focusing on genuine, one-on-one conversations that connect them with products and services.
- Developing leadership skills, learning how to guide, motivate, and coach a team towards success.
- Overseeing promotional campaigns, including select retail-based events, to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer interactions.
- Working towards clear goals, both individually and as a team, with structured mentorship to help you progress.
- Growing into a leadership role, where you’ll be responsible for mentoring others and driving team performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
