Role Overview
We are looking for a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of developing the talent of the team, boosting commercial performance, and ensuring the achievement of the objectives of the Spanish market.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team for the Spanish market
- Conduct coaching sessions, training, and continuous support for sales representatives
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and commercial metrics
- Define action plans to improve productivity and conversion rates
- Review calls, demos, and commercial processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate closely with SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize the commercial funnel
- Ensure the correct use of the CRM and compliance with internal processes
- Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and development of new members of the commercial team
- Report results, forecasts, and improvement opportunities to the commercial management
- Foster a culture of high performance, responsibility, and collaboration
This position does not require direct sales. The main objective is to lead the commercial team, improve their performance, and ensure the achievement of business objectives in the Spanish market.

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience leading B2B commercial teams
- Experience in managing, training, and developing sales teams
- Strong results orientation and goal achievement
- Ability to analyze commercial KPIs and implement improvement plans
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team motivation skills
- Organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
- Entrepreneurial mindset and growth-oriented approach
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms)
- Native Spanish or equivalent, with excellent communication for the Spanish market
- Experience in the real estate, proptech, or B2B SaaS sectors will be valued
- Experience working with remote teams will be considered a plus
