Looking for a Sales Team Manager to manage our client’s office based sales team and all sales activity within the company.
- Motivate staff and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
- Chase leads and follow up on opportunities to generate sales.
- Negotiate wholesale trade agreements with national accounts, buying groups and major companies.
About the Company
Working for a well-established DIY manufacturer who have a portfolio of over 6000 SKUs across tools, garage equipment, heaters etc.

Key Skills/Experience Required
- You will have experience managing a sales team.
- Be skilled in contract negotiations.
- Experience in hard goods sales would be advantageous.

- £50,000 - £60,000 flexible DOE
