Sales Team Manager
The Property Buying Company is looking for an ambitious, hands-on Sales Team Manager to lead from the front.
This is a true player-manager role: you will coach, develop and performance-manage the team while remaining active on the phones, progressing opportunities and helping to close deals.
As one of the UK’s leading cash property buyers, we help homeowners sell quickly, fairly and with confidence. We need a commercially sharp leader who can bring pace, structure and energy to a busy sales environment.
You will:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to deliver conversion, revenue and customer-service targets
- Take calls, manage live opportunities and support deal progression
- Coach in real time, listen to calls and give clear, constructive feedback
- Run daily performance huddles, 1:1s and structured training
- Manage pipelines, KPIs and team activity, using data to improve performance
- Handle escalated customer conversations with empathy and commercial judgement
- Work with senior leadership to strengthen sales processes and drive growth
- Build an accountable, supportive, high-performing culture

You will bring proven sales leadership experience, strong coaching skills and the confidence to roll your sleeves up when the team needs support. Property, financial services or other fast-paced, target-driven sales experience would be an advantage.
