Role Description

The Sales Tech Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Leeds, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and presenting AI solutions that address those requirements. The Sales Tech Consultant will collaborate with technical teams to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, value-focused proposals and demonstrations. Daily activities include:

The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvement of AI solution offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client data, assess business requirements, and evaluate AI solution performance.
  • Consulting skills to advise clients on AI strategy, guide solution selection, and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to address solution-related questions, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal technical teams.
  • Sales skills to manage pipelines, conduct solution-focused presentations and demos, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue targets.
  • Relevant experience in technology or AI-focused environments, particularly in client-facing or pre-sales roles, is highly beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Leeds, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science) or equivalent practical experience.
