Our Sales practice exists to help clients transform how they sell, serve customers and run their commercial operations. We bring together deep Sales and Commercial Excellence expertise with leading CRM, CPQ, pricing, revenue and AI technologies to help clients transform their employee and customer experiences. Responsibilities:

As a Sales Technology Transformation Consultant, you will:

  • Bring Sales and Commercial Excellence domain expertise, technology platform knowledge, and innovative thinking to help clients transform their business processes and deliver measurable value.
  • Help design impactful client processes and solutions on leading CRM, CPQ, pricing and revenue technologies (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, PROS, Conga, Zuora) and apply knowledge of Agentic solutions across the Lead to Cash domain.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can reinvent and optimize core processes and bring fresh ideas and innovation to each engagement.
  • Plan and execute project activities relating to Sales Transformation across the full lifecycle, including Discovery and Design.
  • Work as part of cross-functional teams to shape customer journeys, define future-state processes, create detailed use cases and user stories, and build strategic business roadmaps.
  • Support the development of approaches for large-scale, global rollouts, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment across geographies and business units.
  • Have experience in planning and executing in-person and remote workshops.
  • Apply skills in design thinking, project management, and client engagement through hands-on project delivery and training.
  • Support user experience and enablement activities, ensuring solutions drive both business value and adoption.
  • Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing, supporting the next generation of Sales Transformation talent.
  • Stay current on industry trends, challenges, and innovations, bringing relevant insights into transformation strategies.
  • Strengthen consulting capabilities while delivering Sales Transformation programs in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Support internal Sales Transformation opportunity shaping and Business Development.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Knowledge of Sales, Commercial and Lead to Cash business processes and challenges.
  • Knowledge of at least one leading CRM and CPQ platform such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, PROS, Zuora or Conga.
  • Strong understanding of how to apply technology and AI innovations to reimagine business processes.
  • Skills in process design, journey mapping, personas, requirements gathering and value case creation.
  • Experience supporting Sales technology implementations and migrations, including coordination across stakeholder groups.
  • A passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering client impact.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships

We Are Looking For Experience In:

  • Knowledge of front to back-office operations, with the ability to apply this across industries
  • Consulting skills to contribute ideas and thinking
  • Team working skills, with experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Supporting discovery and design phases including business transformation workshops
  • Identifying and assessing business value, and contributing to recommendations to clients based on structured approach and leading practices while navigating stakeholder environments
  • Engaging with client stakeholders in a business centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue
  • Working creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments, thriving in dynamic, collaborative teams

Set Yourself Apart:

  • Understanding of leading CRM offerings, for example Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Knowledge of at least one leading CRM and CPQ platform such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, PROS, Zuora or Conga.
  • Understanding of Agentic and AI solution in automation and transforming commercial and customer processes
  • Experience with bringing AI into the delivery life cycle, for example enabling stronger design thinking through using AI to expand and challenge ideas
  • Experience working with ecosystem partners across leading CRM, CPQ, pricing, revenue and AI technologies, including community participation and contributions
