Role Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, engaging potential clients through outbound calls to promote our products and services. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will help build strong relationships, generate leads, and drive sales growth. Duties

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our offerings with enthusiasm and clarity
  • Identify customer needs and effectively communicate how our solutions meet those needs
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and increasing conversion rates
  • Keep updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales pitches
  • Ensure all communication is professional, positive, and aligned with company branding standards

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or telemarketing roles is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and other CRM tools for tracking customer interactions
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively over the phone
  • Exceptional listening skills to understand customer needs and respond effectively
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with telecalling best practices, objection handling, and closing techniques
