Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across the full orthopaedic continuum of care, with particular focus on performance, mobility and post-operative rehabilitation solutions that improve outcomes and create value for healthcare providers.
  • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers to defend existing business and uncover new opportunities within the territory.
  • Engage confidently with a sophisticated clinical and commercial audience, including Orthopaedic Consultants, Physiotherapists, Orthotists, nurses, educators, administrators and procurement stakeholders in both the NHS and private sector.
  • Develop and execute a robust territory business plan with clear new business targets, account priorities and a verified sales pipeline.

  • Position yourself as a trusted clinical and commercial consultant by bringing strong product knowledge, healthcare insight and awareness of competitor offerings.
  • Spend the majority of time in the field, supporting both existing customers and the development of new business opportunities.
  • Work flexibly to support customer needs, including attendance at breakfast meetings, evening education events and other out-of-hours activity when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
