Institutional Sales Trader – Futures & Options
Location: London
We are recruiting for a London-based financial brokerage active across asset classes, with a particular focus on Futures and Options. The firm is looking for a Sales Trader who enjoys building institutional relationships and wants greater scope to develop their business and career.
This opportunity will suit someone with two to three years’ broking experience who is performing well in their current seat but sees limited room to progress. You will join an entrepreneurial team where curiosity, initiative, and strong client service are valued.

The Role
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients.
- Work with clients across Futures and Options products and identify opportunities across the firm’s wider offering.
- Provide market color, trade ideas, and responsive execution support.
- Build your own network and contribute to the growth of the desk.
- Work closely with brokers and traders across asset classes to deliver a strong client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Two to three years’ experience in an institutional broking or sales trading role.
- Exposure to Futures and Options, with a sound understanding of execution and market dynamics.
- The confidence to speak with institutional clients and develop lasting relationships.
- A curious, commercially-minded approach and the drive to create opportunities.
- An entrepreneurial outlook and the ambition to take on more responsibility.
