KNG is seeking highly motivated graduating seniors to join our Sales & Trading Training Program focused on Global Fixed Income and Emerging Markets in London.

The Program

Our Sales & Trading Training Program is designed for graduating seniors interested in pursuing a career in global financial markets. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to fixed income markets, emerging market credit, and the trading of complex and illiquid assets.

During the program, trainees will:

  • Develop a strong foundation in global fixed income markets and emerging market dynamics
  • Work closely with experienced traders and sales professionals
  • Learn how to analyze complex credit situations and market opportunities
  • Gain exposure to institutional client coverage and trade execution
  • Support the trading desk in identifying market opportunities and delivering solutions to clients

  • Analytical, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated individuals
