£25,000–£30,000 OTE + Bonuses & Incentives
THE ROLE
Our Sales Trainee role is for people who want to learn sales properly, through real conversations with real customers rather than scripts on a screen. At Atlas Collective, you'll represent recognised UK brands face to face, introducing their products and services to new customers and learning what makes people say yes. You'll start with full training in communication, objection handling and hitting campaign targets, then build towards leadership: coaching new starters, running your own team and eventually managing the people, performance and client campaigns behind the business. Everyone at Atlas Collective starts in this position. Progression is based purely on performance, with a clear path from Sales Trainee to Team Leader, Campaign Manager and beyond, all the way to Managing Director.
