Are you confident, curious and looking to start a long-term career in sales? Niko is looking for a Sales Trainee to join our team in Southam. No previous sales experience is required - full training will be provided.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales while gaining experience across customer service, technical support and commercial operations. You will learn how Niko's products work, support customers and distributors, process orders and quotations, and gradually develop the skills and product knowledge needed to take on greater commercial responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing
- Process customer sales orders accurately
- Respond to customer and distributor enquiries by phone and email
- Assist with quotations, estimates and proposals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up actions
- Gather customer feedback and identify potential sales opportunities
- Learn Niko's product ranges, applications, drawings and specifications
- Support product demonstrations and customer meetings
- Attend site visits where appropriate
- Work closely with colleagues across sales, technical and production teams
What We're Looking For
You do not need previous sales experience. We are more interested in your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn. You will need:
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Confidence speaking with people by phone, email and face-to-face
- A positive, reliable and organised approach
- Good attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- An interest in sales, business, customers or technical products
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new information
- GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, at Grade 4/C or above
