Sales Trainer Opportunity - Flourish

Flourish are looking for an energetic B2B sales trainer to cover in-person delivery across the south of England primarily around Greater London but also the Midlands. This role will require in-person sales training for our clients.

Flourish are also expanding into the US market and currently deliver in Europe as well, so international training is an option as well.

About Us

At Flourish, we help businesses build successful sales teams, and keep them performing with a unique approach that blends high-potential talent, immersive onboarding, and continuous pastoral support.

Whether we’re creating a team from the ground up or scaling existing talent, our mission remains the same: help people thrive in B2B sales and in life.

We connect our partners with motivated, early-career individuals through our engaging Discovery Days, matching those with the strongest potential and attitude to exciting sales opportunities. Our Enablement team plays a critical role in ensuring these individuals – and their wider sales teams – are fully equipped to succeed.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enablement Specialist (Sales Trainer) to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering training programmes that enhance the capabilities and performance of both internal and external sales teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
