Position: AI Trainer Account Executives

Type: Short-term contract

Compensation: $9/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 30-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Produce expert tasks and solutions in the functional area to the pod's quality bar.
  • Work under senior review; incorporate calibration feedback and iterate.
  • Apply the rubric standards set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.

  • Have 3+ years of experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive in B2B sales.
  • Demonstrate proven success managing full sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closure.
  • Show proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent tools.
  • Possess strong experience in consultative or solution selling, aligning offerings with customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Be skilled in opportunity qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, stakeholder mapping, and deal progression.
  • Have the ability to create realistic tasks covering discovery, qualification, objection handling, proposals, negotiations, and closing strategies.
