We have an exciting opportunity to join our established Worthing branch as a Sales Valuer, with OTE up to £60,000. This is a great opportunity for an experienced property professional with the drive, enthusiasm and confidence to deliver accurate valuations and continue building the Charters brand across the Worthing area.
- Deliver accurate property valuations using market data and industry best practice.
- Build strong client relationships and provide expert property advice.
- Analyse market trends to support accurate pricing and strong conversion.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve shared results.
- Stay up to date with regulations and industry standards.
- Mentor team members and support performance improvement.
- Improve valuation processes and efficiency.
