About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious, confident, and results-driven Sales Valuer to join our dynamic Kemp Town team. If you’re a high-performing property professional who knows how to win business, build relationships, and deliver results, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver accurate, expert property valuations
- Win instructions and maximize conversion opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with vendors and clients
- Use market insight to provide confident property advice
- Work closely with internal teams to maximize opportunities
- Mentor and support team members
- Identify ways to improve valuation performance and efficiency

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced property sales professional with a proven track record in valuations and winning business.
You’ll bring:
- Strong property sales and valuation experience
- Excellent conversion results
- Confidence, energy, and commercial drive
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive approach
- The ability to build genuine client relationships
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle
