As a Sales Valuer at Johns&Co, you will:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, addressing their feedback and concerns
- Strategically evaluate and implement price reductions to optimise property sales
- Negotiate effectively while adhering to the company’s fee structure
- Organise and carry out Market Appraisals
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area, including schools, developments and local amenities
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a senior sales position or valuer within Estate Agency
- Adaptable and resilient
- Track record of success - achieving and exceeding targets
- A strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation
- Strong attention to detail
- Hold a valid driving licence (essential)
