Role Description

The Sales Valuer role at Bridgfords in Wakefield is a full-time, on-site position responsible for generating and converting property valuation opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in residential property sales, valuations, or estate agency, with strong knowledge of local property markets.
  • Proficient in customer-facing work, with skills in relationship building, negotiation, and consultative selling.
  • Ability to prepare clear valuation reports and explain pricing, marketing options, and service packages in a confident, professional manner.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and digital marketing tools to manage leads, track activity, and support property promotion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear, respectful, and inclusive client interactions.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for attending property valuations within the local area.
  • Previous experience in a target-driven environment and a results-focused mindset; professional qualifications in estate agency or property services are an advantage.
