Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Valuer & Assistant Branch Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Woolton branch in Liverpool.
About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced estate agency professional who has a proven track record of winning instructions and is ready to take the next step towards branch leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Winning instructions: Carrying out valuations, presenting the Homesure proposition, bringing quality stock to market, and protecting fee levels.
- Supporting branch leadership: Deputising for the Branch Manager when required, helping to oversee day-to-day operations, and supporting the wider team to achieve their goals.
- Driving sales performance: Negotiating offers, progressing transactions, and leading from the front in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Building client relationships: Creating trust with vendors and buyers through honest advice, local expertise, and exceptional customer service.
- Identifying opportunities: Promoting Homesure's lettings, investment, and financial services where appropriate to support clients and drive business growth.

- Results-driven mindset: Focused on conversions, market share, fees, and delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication skills: Professional, credible, and confident when building relationships with vendors, buyers, and colleagues.
- Driving licence: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use.
