Job Title
If you’re a Sales Valuer who knows how to win instructions, gets a buzz from bringing new business through the door and wants the freedom to really make a branch your own, this could be a brilliant next move.
You’ll have a small team around you handling the day-to-day, giving you the space to focus on what you do best: valuations, winning business, building relationships and getting the branch noticed locally.
The Package:
- Up to £35,000 basic salary
- OTE £40,000–£45,000
- Performance-related bonus
- Potential profitability share as the branch grows and performs
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:15pm
- Occasional Saturdays, 10:00am–4:00pm, as and when required
- Office and field-based

This isn't about sitting back and maintaining what's already there. You'll be the visible face of the branch, getting out into the local market, carrying out valuations, winning instructions and creating opportunities.
You'll also lead and support a small established team, keeping performance moving while ensuring clients receive the kind of service that generates recommendations and repeat business.
They want someone with energy, ideas and personality who'll put their own stamp on the branch and make things happen.
The Person:
- Residential estate agency experience, ideally within valuations and listings
- Confident carrying out market appraisals and converting them into instructions
- Commercially minded and motivated by growing market share
- Proactive when it comes to prospecting and generating business
- Comfortable getting out locally and building relationships
- Engaging, personable and able to build trust quickly
- Able to lead, motivate and support a small team
- Full of ideas and prepared to put them into action
- Results-driven while maintaining a strong customer experience
- Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction

The Sales Valuer / Branch Manager Role:
- Carry out residential property valuations across the Colne Valley
- Win new instructions and convert valuation opportunities
- Grow the branch's local presence and market share
- Proactively create new business opportunities
- Build relationships with sellers, buyers and the local community
- Lead and support the existing branch team
- Monitor pipeline, instructions, sales and overall performance
- Help drive branch profitability and growth
- Bring fresh ideas around marketing, prospecting and business generation
- Be a visible presence both inside the branch and out in the local market
