Help shape the Salesforce platform behind one of Australia’s most recognised loyalty programs.

MECCA is continuing to invest in Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud and Beauty Loop, and we’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administration Developer to join the Service & Loyalty technology team. This role will have a strong loyalty focus, while still working broadly across the Salesforce environment - from configuration and development through to support, maintenance and continuous improvement.

The Role You Can Play

  • World Class Programs - Work on Beauty Loop, one of the region’s most recognised loyalty programs.
  • Business-critical platform exposure - loyalty is a major focus area for MECCA across 2027 and 2028
  • Real variety - a mix of Loyalty Cloud, Service Cloud, build, support, maintenance and platform improvement
  • Small-team ownership - join a high-impact Salesforce team that owns the platform end to end
  • Room to learn and shape - the loyalty environment is highly customised, with scope to get deep into how it works
  • High-energy culture - be part of a fast-moving, collaborative and brand-led business

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Administer, configure and enhance MECCA's Salesforce Service Cloud and Loyalty Cloud platforms, including Beauty Loop
  • Configure and optimise Loyalty Cloud programs - accrual/redemption rules, benefits, member management, promotions and vouchers - and resolve transaction and data exceptions
  • Configure and optimise Service Cloud - case management, Omni-Channel, service console, knowledge base, entitlements and SLAs
  • Design, build and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, triggers, batch jobs and automation, balancing declarative and programmatic solutions
  • Support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events) and CI/CD deployment pipelines across Salesforce and external systems
  • Provide Level 2/3 support, triage incidents through to root-cause fixes, and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable platform solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is not a narrowly defined admin role. The team works across support, maintenance, development and delivery, and everyone chips in across the platform.

The environment is fast-moving, collaborative and sometimes ambiguous - particularly across loyalty, which is highly customised to MECCA. If you enjoy getting hands-on, learning quickly and working across both business and technical problems, we’d love to hear from you.
