Senior Salesforce Administrator | Outside IR35 Contract | £500pd
6-Month Contract | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) | FinTech
A leading FinTech payments business is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and optimise its Salesforce platform across Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years' Salesforce Administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Record Types, and Approval Processes
- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Git
- Knowledge of Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce Inspector
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and compliance
- Previous experience within FinTech, Payments, Financial Services, or another regulated environment
- Experience working within a SOX-compliant environment would be highly desirable

Responsibilities:
- Manage users, permissions, roles, profiles, and licences
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce configurations and automations
- Support security reviews, audits, and compliance activities
- Drive platform improvements and user adoption
- Support third-party integrations, including CloudCall and Conga
- Maintain documentation and support deployment processes
