Job Description
The Role
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for supporting users across the business, maintaining data integrity, managing approvals, running reports, and handling day-to-day administration of the Salesforce system.
Please note: Previous Salesforce administration experience is essential. Applications without Salesforce experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the Salesforce platform across the business.
- Manage company approval workflows and processes.
- Respond to and resolve Salesforce user queries and support requests.
- Run regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Upload, maintain and validate data within Salesforce.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
- Support user access, permissions and system housekeeping activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.
- Identify and escalate system issues where appropriate.
- Assist with documenting processes and handing over key activities.

Essential
- Previous Salesforce Administration experience is mandatory.
- Experience working within Salesforce CRM on a daily basis.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data management and reporting.
- Experience uploading and maintaining large volumes of data.
- Ability to troubleshoot and respond to user queries effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience supporting users within a professional services or real estate environment.
- Experience working with approval workflows and reporting dashboards.
