We are partnered with an Asset Management firm in supporting with a key hire within their Marketing team. We are seeking an individual with experience in the asset management industry who will manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot), ensuring high data quality, an excellent user experience, and effective support for marketing and distribution teams within a boutique asset management business. Please note, this is a 6-month fixed-term contract and will also be on a part-time basis (2 or 3 days/week).

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Manage users, permissions, security, and system access.
- Maintain CRM data quality, governance, and best practices.
- Configure Salesforce, including automation, workflows, and enhancements.
- Build reports, dashboards, and campaign tracking solutions.
- Support the delivery of the Salesforce roadmap in partnership with a third-party agency.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation.
- Partner with marketing and distribution teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Core Skills & Experience
- Experience administering Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Strong Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management skills.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and campaign analytics.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, business-facing environment.
