Senior Salesforce Administrator | Fully Remote (UK) | Global End User | Up to £55,000
TechOhana have partnered with a global end-user organisation that continues to invest heavily in its Salesforce platform to bring on a Senior Salesforce Administrator. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a platform that sits at the heart of the business, with genuine scope to shape the roadmap and work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions.
The role:
As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and enhancement of the platform. You'll partner with business stakeholders, developers and leadership to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and support release management, testing and user adoption.

What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a commercial environment, with strong hands-on configuration skills
- Extensive experience building Flows from scratch, including record-triggered, scheduled and screen flows
- Confidence working with Salesforce metadata through the Salesforce CLI and VS Code, including retrieving components, working with package.xml manifests, and safely handling destructive changes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering skills, translating business needs into scalable solutions
Nice to have (bonus, not required):
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification
- Experience working within a global organisation, across multiple regions
- Exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Understanding of change management and release processes
