Role: Senior Salesforce Administrator

Location: London, UK

Contract

3 days per week from office

Job Description –

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will lead the configuration, customisation, and administration of Gamma’s Salesforce platform, ensuring the platform supports strategic business goals, drives operational excellence, and evolves in line with business needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and perform advanced org maintenance tasks including proactive health checks, optimizer analysis, release readiness evaluation, and third-party app governance.
  • Lead the impact assessment and execution of each Salesforce tertiary release (Spring, Summer, Winter), ensuring risks are identified, changes are prioritised, and user enablement is planned and delivered effectively.
  • Deliver business change initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives, ensuring scalable and future-proofed Salesforce solutions are implemented.
  • Champion the use of automation to drive efficiency and consistency across business processes, leading the design, build, optimisation, and maintenance of advanced Flow solutions.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in Salesforce Flow design patterns, sub flows, fault handling, and best practices.
  • Provide expert-level support to the business, acting as an escalation point for critical issues while ensuring service resolutions meet or exceed agreed service level agreements (SLA).
  • Build, refine, and govern the creation of complex reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to drive insight-led decision-making across the business.
  • Create and maintain high-quality, standardised documentation to support the DevOps Team knowledge base and standard operating procedures.

DevOps Direct Team

  • Lead collaboration with the DevOps Team to ensure Salesforce platform stability, scalability, and support alignment with integrated systems.

Business Change Team

  • Actively engage with the Business Change Team to align changes to Gamma’s strategic business goals, priorities and challenges.

Industry Peers and Experts

  • Maintain professional networks to stay informed on Salesforce trends, best practices, and benchmark Gamma’s Salesforce maturity against industry standards.

Experience and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and platform ownership in an enterprise environment.
  • Expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities including declarative automation, security, governance, and user management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration toolset and accompanying add-ons.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, Web APIs, and connected app management.
  • Extensive practical experience in Salesforce Flows, including complex record-triggered flows, orchestration, sub flows, and error handling strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, lead initiatives and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong experience in software development life cycle methodologies, including working in an Agile approach.
  • Experience in release management and deployments, in particular a CI / CD framework.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder (preferred).
