Salesforce Specialist

Steadman Brown are partnered with an exciting UK business who have just rolled out Salesforce across the business, implementing Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.

They are looking to move away from an external partner, and bring in a Salesforce specialist to take ownership of the Salesforce platform, and drive this forward implementing the latest tech Salesforce has to offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the Salesforce platform across Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud, acting as the internal subject matter expert.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage and deliver Salesforce enhancements, improvements and new functionality from concept through to implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise existing processes and drive greater adoption of Salesforce across the business.

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience taking ownership of a Salesforce platform within an internal environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
