Salesforce Administrator– NextGear Capital

Part of the Cox Automotive portfolio | Chester - Hybrid x3 days a week

Shape the future of how we fund, manage, and deliver vehicle solutions.

At NextGear Capital, we’re not just a vehicle funding business — we’re problem-solvers, innovators, and enablers for dealers and manufacturers across the UK and Europe. Backed by the strength of Cox Automotive, we operate at the heart of the entire vehicle lifecycle.

Now, we’re looking for a proactive, technically-sharp Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve our Salesforce platform — keeping it secure, scalable, and perfectly tuned to the needs of a fast-moving business.

🚀 Why This Role Matters

As the go-to Salesforce administrator in a small, agile digital team, you’ll be both system guardian and business enabler. Your work will directly drive operational excellence and unlock real value across the organisation. You’ll partner with passionate colleagues, spot and fix issues before they become problems, and deliver smart, impactful solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
