Job Description
The role of Salesforce Administrator is really important to us.
At Radius, we have been undergoing a major initiative to implement and enhance Salesforce across the global business. Our Salesforce org is in excess of 2000 people and growing all the time.
Due to the ongoing needs of the business, we are seeking additional Salesforce Administrators to join our multi-discipline inhouse Salesforce team.
This role would be ideal if you are someone who is tenacious in understanding business processes, exploring data within Salesforce, understanding business objectives, and driving tool adoption and process improvements.
You will own projects and provide general support to the business. As a result, you will need to have confidence when working with stakeholders, both to understand requirements and drive improvements.
In-person collaboration is very important to us. This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday from our Arden Square office in Crewe, Cheshire.
The onsite facilities are excellent, including café, barista counter, pizzeria, rooftop bar, and multiple breakout areas.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
- All aspects of Salesforce system administration
- Consulting on best practice solution design
- Running projects assigned to you
- Working in multi-discipline teams
- Developing relationships with internal stakeholders
What do we expect from you?
We're looking for you to bring proven, recent, commercial experience in a Salesforce Administrator role. This should include:
- Experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Project management skills
- Solution design skills
- Ability to work in diverse, multi-discipline teams
- Strong data solving and data interrogation skills
- Dedicated attitude towards work
- Problem solving skills
- End user support experience
