About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimise and govern our Salesforce platform. This role will enhance CRM capability, maintain data integrity and support teams in using Salesforce effectively to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Platform Ownership

  • Own the day-to-day administration, configuration and optimisation of Salesforce, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, flows, page layouts, objects and fields.
  • Act as the platform specialist for Salesforce, proactively monitoring system health, resolving complex issues, maintaining data integrity and ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure and aligned to business needs.
  • Ownership of the Lead-to-Cash process, with Salesforce serving as the central platform.
  • Provide senior-level guidance on Salesforce platform architecture, configuration decisions and scalable solution design.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective Salesforce solutions that improve user adoption, process efficiency and data quality.
  • Own the prioritisation, assessment and delivery of Salesforce enhancement requests, balancing business value, technical complexity, governance and platform best practice.
  • Lead proactive platform reviews to identify risks, performance issues, configuration gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support and optimise the integration between Salesforce and marketing automation platforms to improve lead management, campaign tracking and customer engagement.

Customisation & Development

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards and custom fields that provide actionable insight.
  • Manage Salesforce automation tools, including Flow, to streamline business processes.
  • Lead customisation and implementation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement automation, custom objects and integrations where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
