Corpay is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator within our Alpha division. This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in London, UK.

You’ll provide user support, troubleshoot issues, manage testing and releases, and help drive adoption of Salesforce best practices. This is a hands-on mid-level role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and balancing BAU support with project delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Salesforce is used across the business and help ensure the platform remains reliable, well-governed and able to scale with our growth.

You will report directly to the Head of Engineering and collaborate with various teams and senior stakeholders across Alpha.

Role Responsibilities

Your responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Owning day-to-day user support and troubleshooting, identifying root causes and resolving or escalating issues appropriately.
  • Maintain data quality and governance through imports and exports, cleansing, deduplication and ongoing integrity controls.
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards that provide accurate, actionable business insight.
  • Managing changes through sandboxes, testing and UAT, release planning and deployment, with clear documentation and controls.
  • Support integrations, connected apps and AppExchange products, working with technical teams and third parties to resolve issues.
  • Administer security and access using least-privilege principles, including regular reviews of permissions and sharing.
  • Creating user guidance, process documentation and training, supporting onboarding and adoption of Salesforce best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce technical debt and improve platform performance, usability and scalability.

Skills and Experience Required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
