Role: Salesforce Administrator

Salary: Up to £45,000
Location: London - Hybrid

TechOhana have partnered with a well-regarded UK business to bring on a Salesforce Administrator with a strong finance and accounting background.

This is an internal role within a long-established, tightly knit Salesforce team responsible for the ongoing development and administration of a complex, business-wide Salesforce org. The platform is central to how the organisation operates, and the team is continuously improving it. Finance is a core part of the remit and candidates without a working knowledge of financial processes will not be considered.

Working alongside a small, experienced team and reporting into a Head of Salesforce, you will take ownership of day-to-day Salesforce administration, user support, and the ongoing development of the platform. The environment is declarative-first with no custom development, and there is significant focus on Flow automation and the rationalisation of legacy processes. You will work closely with Finance stakeholders on troubleshooting, process improvement, and platform enhancements related to financial operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
