We are partnering with a market-leading payments organisation that is transforming the way businesses and consumers transact. With a strong reputation for innovation, technology excellence, and customer experience, the business is investing heavily in its Salesforce ecosystem and is looking for a talented Lead Salesforce Administrator to play a key role in its continued growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a highly visible Salesforce platform that supports critical commercial and operational functions across the business.
About the Role
As Lead Salesforce Administrator, you will be the platform owner and subject matter expert responsible for driving the ongoing development, optimisation, and governance of Salesforce. Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Technology, you will ensure the platform continues to deliver maximum value to the organisation.
We're open to speaking with both experienced Lead Salesforce Administrators and ambitious Senior Salesforce Administrators who are ready to take the next step in their career. If you've been leading projects, mentoring colleagues, and influencing platform strategy, this could be the opportunity to step into a formal leadership role within a fast-paced and highly successful organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and managing the Salesforce platform
- Leading platform enhancements, optimisation initiatives, and continuous improvements
- Defining and implementing Salesforce governance, standards, and best practices
- Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Managing user access, security, profiles, permission sets, and data governance
- Building and maintaining Flows, reports, dashboards, and automation
- Driving user adoption and delivering training and support where required
- Collaborating with internal technology teams and third-party partners on integrations and platform developments
- Developing and maintaining a Salesforce roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Acting as the go-to Salesforce expert and providing leadership across the platform

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator within a complex business environment
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow and automation tools
- Experience managing stakeholders and delivering business-facing solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, permissions, and data management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Highly Desirable
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
- Experience within payments, fintech, financial services, or technology organisations
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience working with third-party integrations and wider Salesforce products
- Previous team leadership, mentoring, or platform ownership experience
