Steadman Brown are currently partnered with a leading UK organisation who are actively changing the lives for thousands of people across the country. Salesforce is at the heart of their mission, with the platform playing an integral part in their fundraising efforts.

As the Salesforce administrator, you will be hands-on with the platform daily, supporting the daily functionality of the system and working with stakeholders to make impactful changes. You will also support ongoing internal projects and assist the organisation with further automating processes to streamline their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on with daily configuration of Salesforce CRM
  • Automate processes by fixing and developing flows
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Ensure that 3rd party integrated tools work seamlessly with the Salesforce platform
  • Be the go-to source of Salesforce knowledge for the organisation

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience configuring Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent experience building and amending flows
  • Great communication skills to liaise with and manage stakeholder requirements
  • Wider knowledge of 3rd party integrations within the NFP space
  • Salesforce certified Administrator
