Salesforce System Administrator

📍 Hybrid working in London (minimal/adhoc office attendance)
đź’· Salary up to ÂŁ52,500

We're working with a purpose-driven organisation that's invested heavily in Salesforce and is now looking for a Salesforce System Administrator to help unlock its full potential whilst they drive forwards with a large-scale digital transformation to the latest NonProfit Cloud.

This isn't a role where you'll simply reset passwords and create reports. You'll become the go-to expert for a growing Salesforce ecosystem, helping shape how the platform evolves while supporting teams across the organisation to get the very best from it.

You will be working alongside an internal CoE, with likeminded administrators to provide solutions and org enhancements as they innovate further into data360 offerings and Agentforce.

What you'll be getting stuck into...

  • Managing users, permissions, reports, dashboards and configuration
  • Building and enhancing Flows and platform automation
  • Supporting Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP and Experience Cloud
  • Managing release cycles, audits and continuous platform improvements
  • Looking after FinDock administration and financial data integrity
  • Working with stakeholders to prioritise enhancements and turn ideas into reality
  • Supporting integrations, data quality and overall platform health
  • Helping users become Salesforce superstars through guidance and Trailhead learning

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
