Salesforce Administrator

📍 Liverpool (Hybrid | 2/3 Days Onsite, 2/3 Days Remote)
💰 £50,000 – £55,000

We're partnering with an established UK software company that's investing heavily in its internal technology function as part of its continued growth. They're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their Salesforce platform, supporting users across the business while driving continuous improvements through automation, configuration and smarter processes.

The Why? (Just a few highlights...)

  • Own the platform: Become the go-to Salesforce expert, shaping how the platform evolves and supports the wider business.
  • Drive business improvement: Work closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Customer Success and Operations to deliver solutions that simplify processes and improve efficiency.
  • Be part of a growing digital team: Join a collaborative environment where your ideas are encouraged and you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, supporting users, delivering enhancements and building solutions using Salesforce's declarative tools. You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements, improve existing processes and ensure Salesforce continues to deliver value across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
