About the Opportunity
Steadman Brown have partnered exclusively with a leading charity, who are recognised across the globe, helping over 10,000 people a year. They have recently gone through the implementation of Salesforce, implementing a complex Salesforce environment, built on Sales Cloud. They are now looking to bring in an in-house expert to take ownership of their Salesforce Platform.
About the Role
As a Salesforce administrator, you will work closely with the existing Salesforce team on the daily maintenance and enhancements of their Salesforce platform. Focusing mainly on Sales Cloud, you will administer Salesforce for various internal teams, understanding their requirements and building solutions to match them. The business is undergoing a large scale overhaul of the platform, with the aim of increasing efficiency across the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Configuring the Salesforce platform daily
- Automating business processes through flows
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team and wider business units
- Provide support to users daily
- Utilise your Salesforce knowledge to suggest improvements

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience configuring Sales Cloud is key
- Must be highly proficient in building new flows and amending existing automations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to gather requirements from stakeholders
- Translate requirements into buildable solutions
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
