Salesforce Administrator

Help shape the future of Salesforce at Awaze.

Join a collaborative technology team where your Salesforce expertise will make a real impact across our UK and European business. You'll play a key role in maintaining, improving and evolving one of our most important business platforms, helping colleagues work more efficiently while delivering better experiences for our customers.

Your mission

As our new Salesforce Administrator, you'll work closely with the Platform Lead, Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce continues to deliver value across the organisation. You'll administer, configure and continuously improve the platform, supporting both day-to-day operations and future enhancements. Combining technical expertise with curiosity and problem-solving, you'll identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experiences and help shape scalable Salesforce solutions that support our business as it grows.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain, configure and optimise the Salesforce platform, integrations and reporting suite.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, page layouts, flows, validation rules and other Salesforce configuration components.
  • Create and manage custom objects, record types, fields and object relationships.
  • Administer users, profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules and platform access to ensure secure and effective governance.
  • Support the ongoing development and optimisation of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Platform Lead, Product Managers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Resolve user queries, incidents and service requests, providing a responsive and customer-focused support experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, recommend platform enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work effectively across multiple priorities, balancing support, change requests and platform improvements while meeting agreed deadlines.

Who we're looking for

You'll thrive in this role if you're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems and are passionate about improving the way people work through technology. You're collaborative, proactive and enjoy working with stakeholders across different teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
