Role: SalesForce Administrator
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
Location: Aberford, Leeds
Hybrid: 3 days in the office

THE ROLE IN SHORT
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This multifaceted role involves managing, configuring, and optimizing our Salesforce platform. In addition the successful candidate will provide support for other critical backoffice tools such as Celigo to ensure smooth operations across business functions.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration and collaboration between our systems, enhancing regional alignment with other MCF (Michelin Connected Fleet) regions and the wider CXS team within Michelin.
This position also emphasises the importance of ensuring high system reliability, contributing to an excellent Net Promoter Score (NPS, enhancing user satisfaction through optimised tools and workflows.
This role requires a proactive approach to system management, a collaborative mindset for working across teams and regions, and a strong focus on improving processes to meet business objectives.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING
This role is ideal for someone who is seeking an opportunity to actively improve and maintain Enterprise applications
- Manage and maintain the enterprise applications including user accounts, roles, permissions, workflows and security settings.
- Manage the day to day ticket requests from the business including troubleshooting issues, providing training and configuring tools/ processes, uploading data, creating dashboards
- Manage Salesforce security and user access, conducting regular user audits and maintaining roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure compliance with organisational policies and security standards.
- Support and manage integrations with other tools/ plug-ins
- Support all modules of Salesforce including Revenue Cloud, Customer Self-Serve portals, Salesforce phone system (SCV)
- Design and implement solutions to address business needs using tools like Flow Builder and automation scripts; mapping requirements to out-of-the-box functionality.
- Monitor system health, data integrity to ensure performance and compliance across the toolset
- Manage the testing of seasonal releases/updates of enterprise applications
- Coordinate with third parties including external support partners
- Collaborate closely with other MCF regions and Michelin group companies to align systems, processes and strategic objectives; as well as sharing knowledge and best practice
- Contribute to maintaining and improving the team’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) by ensuring the tools are reliable and user centric, and that you proactively support users to resolve their pain points
- Manage small projects that may include trialling a new tool, data migration, system integration
- Manage or assist in creation of training materials to guide and train business users where necessary

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE…
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred).
- Proficient in data integration tools and methods e.g. Celigo
- Strong knowledge of business processes across finance, sales, inventory, and operations.
- Advanced skills in creating reports, workflows, scripts, and dashboards within Salesforce
- Experience in managing data integrity, security audits to remain compliant
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of API integrations
- Previous experience of Salesforce usage, configuration and implementation
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Identify system and process optimisation
- Ideally Salesforce ADM201 Certified
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Experience of using ticketing systems e.g. Jira
- Be proactive and self-driven
