Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the administration, configuration, optimization, and governance of the Salesforce platform in an enterprise environment. The role involves delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, leading platform enhancements, automating business processes using Salesforce Flows, supporting release management, and collaborating with business and technical teams to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows and automation.
- Perform platform health checks, release management, and governance activities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights.
- Manage Salesforce integrations, security, user access, and connected apps.
- Support CI/CD deployments and Agile delivery practices.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide expert-level support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered Flows, Sub flows, Orchestration).
- Salesforce Administration, Configuration & Security.
- Salesforce Integrations, REST APIs & Connected Apps.
- Reports, Dashboards & Analytics.
- CI/CD, Release Management & Agile.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Mandatory).
- Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification (Preferred).
