Are you a Salesforce Administrator who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making a real impact on how a business operates?
At NextGear Capital, Salesforce is much more than a CRM. It sits at the heart of our operation, supporting teams across Credit, Customer Service, Risk and Sales throughout the UK and Ireland.
We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of our environment, helping us drive efficiency, innovation and business growth.
This is an opportunity to become a trusted expert within the organisation, working closely with business stakeholders and the wider Cox Automotive Salesforce team to deliver meaningful change across a platform that is critical to our success.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the go-to Salesforce specialist, ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable and aligned with business needs. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising the Salesforce platform
- Building and enhancing Flows, automations, custom objects, page layouts and record types
- Maintaining user access, permissions and security controls
- Creating insightful reports and dashboards that support business decision-making
- Providing first-line support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users
- Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Supporting testing, releases and change management activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and maximise platform value
- Assessing and implementing Salesforce seasonal release enhancements

What we're looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys balancing technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and business improvement.
Essential
- Proven experience administering Salesforce within a live business environment
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Lightning, Reports & Dashboards and Validation Rules
- Experience managing users, permission sets and security models
- Understanding of release management and change control processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for improvement proactively
Nice to have
- Exposure to Apex, Einstein Analytics, Conga, DocuSign or Marketing Cloud
- Experience within financial services, funding, technology or automotive sectors
