Salesforce Administrator | London, Hybrid (2 days) | Up to £45,000
TechOhana have partnered with an established UK IT services consultancy on the hire of a Salesforce Administrator.
This is an internal position rather than client delivery. Salesforce underpins the whole business, the org is developed continuously, and the core team has been in place for four years.
The role:
- You will take stakeholder change requests from discovery workshops through design, build, testing and rollout, working declaratively wherever possible.
- A good share of the work sits in Flow, including record-triggered, scheduled and screen flows, alongside the migration of legacy automation and the reduction of technical debt.
- You will also partner with Finance on troubleshooting, investigating discrepancies across billing, revenue recognition and project financials, and you will own second line support and data quality across the org.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
