Salesforce Administrator
Glasgow or Edinburgh
Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a growing technology team based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform, working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone with strong Sales Cloud experience who is comfortable building solutions using Flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the ongoing administration, configuration and optimisation of the Salesforce platform.
- Configure and enhance Sales Cloud to support business and operational requirements.
- Design and build automation using Salesforce Flow, including record-triggered flows, screen flows and scheduled automation.
- Configure objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, permissions and sharing.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase automation across the platform.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards and data-quality processes.

What We're Looking For

- Commercial experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar hands-on Salesforce position.
- Strong practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Good knowledge of declarative Salesforce development, particularly Salesforce Flow.
- Experience configuring objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types and Lightning pages.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, roles and sharing.
The position can be based from Glasgow or Edinburgh, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring 2 days per week in the office and the remainder working remotely.
