Are you a Salesforce Administrator looking for a role where you can take on more ownership, broaden your technical skills, and be supported to grow into a more rounded Salesforce professional?

This Housing Association is in the middle of an exciting Salesforce transformation, bringing multiple systems together onto a single platform to simplify technology, improve services, and create a better experience for both colleagues and customers.

As part of that journey, they're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help shape and support the next phase of the platform. You'll play a key role in building and enhancing a brand-new Experience Cloud portal, working alongside experienced Salesforce specialists and an external Salesforce delivery partner.

It's the ideal opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in Salesforce Administration who wants to move beyond simply maintaining a platform and become actively involved in delivering new functionality and projects.

You'll be working in an agile environment, contributing to fortnightly sprints across a variety of workstreams, with plenty of opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and gain exposure to more technical aspects of Salesforce delivery.

If you're someone who enjoys figuring things out, building solutions in a sandbox, and continuously developing your skills, you'll fit in well here. They're far more interested in your potential and willingness to learn than expecting you to know everything on day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
