Salesforce System Administrator

Worcester - 3 days per week

35 hours per week – Monday to Friday

£42,310 – £44,524

We are searching for an experienced Salesforce System Administrator to join Sanctuary's Software Applications Team within the Technology Department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to Salesforce expert, ensuring the platform continues to deliver value across the business while supporting users and driving continuous improvement.

Reporting into the Technology function, you will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing and optimising the Salesforce estate. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, helping to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions whilst ensuring excellent user experiences and platform performance.

This role would suit someone who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with stakeholder engagement. You'll be proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about getting the best from Salesforce, ensuring the platform continues to evolve alongside business needs.

Responsibilities

The role of Salesforce System Administrator will include:

  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts
  • Custom dashboards and reports to meet business requirements
  • Provide 3rd line support for Salesforce-related issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system bugs and performance issues
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and governance policies
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features
  • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience

Skills and Experiences

  • Salesforce Administration Certification (ADM 201)
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Proven experience using Service Cloud
  • Substantial experience of analysing, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder)
  • Experience of managing and deploying Salesforce system changes through Integrated Development Environments (IDE), GIT and code repository tools
  • Experience working with 3rd party support organisations
