Windsor Leadership is seeking a proactive and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing, optimising, and developing our Salesforce ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we use technology to support leadership development programmes that have a positive impact on society.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and NPSP, supporting users, maintaining data quality, managing integrations, and driving continuous improvement across our CRM estate. You'll also help prepare for significant future developments, including the potential implementation of Experience Cloud and Education Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce users, security, permissions, and data integrity
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, flows, reports, and dashboards
- Support integrations including Mailchimp, FormAssembly, and SurveyVista
- Troubleshoot issues and provide user support and training
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Support future CRM and alumni portal developments
- Help ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and system best practice across the organisation
About You
You'll have:
- Salesforce administration experience and a Salesforce certification
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience managing data and CRM processes
- The ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
- A collaborative approach and excellent attention to detail
