The Role
The Salesforce Administrator keeps our Salesforce instance running well and makes it better. You will own day to day administration, build automation using Salesforce's declarative tools, and work directly with sales, service, and marketing teams to turn what they need into working configuration. This is a hands-on configuration role. You will be the person who understands how the business uses Salesforce and shapes the platform around that.
This position is remotely based in the UK only. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your Impact
- Administer Salesforce day to day: user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and license management.
- Configure the platform using declarative tools: custom fields and objects, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and Flow.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give teams answers without asking you first.
- Gather requirements from sales, service, and marketing stakeholders, and translate them into configuration that works.
- Own data quality: deduplication, imports and exports with Data Loader, and keeping records clean as the business grows.
- Install, configure, and support AppExchange packages and third-party tools connected to Salesforce.
- Manage releases through sandboxes, document changes for QA, and support user acceptance testing.
- Write and maintain documentation so the org stays understandable to the next person.
- Train users and support adoption across teams.
About You
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- 2 to 4 years as a Salesforce Administrator. Hands-on ownership of an org, not just ticket support.
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Working knowledge of both.
- Comfortable building and troubleshooting multi-step automation.
- Data handling. Confident with Data Loader and with cleaning and preparing data for import.
- Reports and dashboards. Able to build these without help.
- Communication. Can explain technical constraints to people who are not technical, and can push back on a request that will create problems later.
- Documentation. You write things down.
- UK work authorization. We cannot sponsor for this role.
