Salesforce Administrator
London, UK (3 days per week onsite)
Permanent
Up to £65,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join a fast-growing technology business and play a key role in the ongoing development and optimisation of its Salesforce platform.
This is more than a traditional Salesforce administration role. You'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of the platform, work closely with stakeholders across the business and help identify new ways of using Salesforce and AI to improve processes, automate workflows and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the day-to-day administration and ongoing optimisation of the Salesforce platform.
- Manage users, permissions, security, data and overall platform configuration.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, automations and other Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a ticketing, service-desk or high-volume support environment.
- Strong experience handling Salesforce tickets, user queries, troubleshooting and day-to-day platform administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, security and data management.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, workflows and automations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions.
