Salesforce AI Engineer – Permanent - London / UK Wide

Location: London ideally – UK-wide candidates considered

Working pattern: Permanent - Hybrid

Salary: £75,000–£90,000 + benefits

We’re looking for five Salesforce AI Engineers to join a growing technology team working at the intersection of Salesforce, artificial intelligence and data.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Salesforce professionals who want to move beyond traditional CRM development and help design and deliver smarter, AI-powered customer experiences and business solutions.

You’ll combine strong Salesforce engineering skills with modern AI capabilities, working with business, product and technical teams to turn complex requirements into scalable, intelligent solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Design and build intelligent Salesforce solutions using AI and data-driven approaches.
  • Develop and integrate AI capabilities, including Salesforce Einstein, into Salesforce platforms and workflows.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Optimise data models, automation and user experiences to maximise business impact.
  • Collaborate with business, product and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Support the integration of Salesforce with wider enterprise systems and data platforms.
  • Apply modern development, testing and deployment practices to ensure secure, reliable and maintainable solutions.
  • Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce, AI and automation technologies and best practices.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for experienced Salesforce Engineers / Developers with a strong interest in AI and emerging Salesforce technologies.

Ideally, you’ll have experience across:

  • Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or similar Salesforce platforms.
  • Salesforce AI: Einstein, Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Data Cloud or related AI capabilities.
  • Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs and Salesforce development.
  • Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, data integration, ETL and data mapping.
  • Data & Platforms: Experience working with tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica or similar technologies would be beneficial.
  • Engineering Practices: Git, CI/CD, Agile and modern software development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
